"Capital doesn't follow the best pitch. It follows the strongest business."
Aman Jaiswal
Founder, Eone Capital
Founder Background
Aman began with an MBA in Finance from Krea University — an education that shaped a deliberate, evidence-led way of looking at businesses.
That discipline took him into public policy. He worked on fiscal initiatives for the Government of Chhattisgarh under Dr. K. Subramaniam — former IFS officer, former Secretary to the Chief Minister, and member of NITI Aayog — and then on the Aspirational Districts and Aspirational Blocks Programme alongside IAS Rajendra Katara and IAS Nayantara Singh Tomar, work recognised with a Gold Medal.
Sitting on the investor side of the table soon after, a pattern became hard to ignore. Strong businesses were being passed over, not because the opportunity wasn't real, but because founders were arriving at the conversation before they were ready for it.
Eone Capital was built to close that gap — a firm that prepares serious consumer businesses for institutional scrutiny, and introduces them only to investors whose mandate genuinely fits.
Selective. Prepared. Honest.
We believe capital does not follow the loudest founder. It follows the business most prepared to defend itself.
We work with a small number of consumer brands, franchise businesses, and retail chains each year. We reject more than we accept, and we represent each mandate with the same standard of preparation we would expect as investors ourselves.
Our role is to be the discipline before the deal — and the honest voice in a room that too often rewards optimism over evidence.
